Chelsea Anne Manalo known as the “Bulacan Barbi” was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2024 on Wednesday. The 22 year old from Meycauayan is a Filipino – American and follow Makati’s Michelle Dee. She will represent the Philippines in Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico. Manalo won against 52 other candidate in the competition at the mall of Asia arena.
